Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Luna Medical Diary ("Luna", "Service", "we", "us", or "our") operated at luna-diary.in.

By creating an account or using Luna, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Luna Medical Diary is a subscription-based personal health tracking web application. It allows registered users to maintain a private digital diary of their symptoms, mood, energy, medical files, and health-related notes on a daily basis.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Luna
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One user account per person is permitted
• You must be resident in a jurisdiction where using this service is legally permitted

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You are required to create an account to use Luna. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

3.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at haribhaichaudhary096@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to harm other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

• New users receive a 1-day (24-hour) free trial upon registration
• Each user is entitled to only one free trial — it cannot be restarted or extended
• No credit card is required for the free trial

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

After the free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Available plans:

• Monthly: ₹99 for 30 days of access
• Yearly: ₹799 for 365 days of access
• 2-Year: ₹1,299 for 730 days of access

4.3 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed by Razorpay Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
• Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and wallets
• Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes
• Upon successful payment, your subscription is activated immediately

4.4 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions are currently not auto-renewed. You will lose access when your subscription expires and must manually purchase a new subscription to continue using Luna.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance. Existing subscribers will not be affected until their current subscription period ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Luna only for lawful, personal health tracking purposes. You must NOT:

• Share your account with other people
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or access paid features without payment
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of Luna
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the service
• Upload files that contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the service to store or distribute copyrighted material without permission

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all health data, notes, and files you upload to Luna. By using Luna, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and retrieve your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your health records.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents, images, or files you add to your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Luna name, logo, design, codebase, and all content on the platform (excluding user data) are the intellectual property of Luna Medical Diary. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

9. Availability and Maintenance

We aim to keep Luna available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned downtime.

11. Privacy

Your use of Luna is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice within the application. Continued use of Luna after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Luna shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
